Job Description
Talent Acquisition Strategy: As a Senior Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to source high-caliber talent across diverse industries. With over 5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE market, you will bring in-depth local market knowledge and a proactive mindset to fill roles quickly and effectively.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from identifying talent pipelines to screening resumes and conducting interviews. Your ability to attract both active and passive candidates using innovative sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals, will be key to your success in this role.
Client and Stakeholder Management: You will act as a liaison between hiring managers and prospective candidates, providing timely updates, setting expectations, and ensuring a smooth interview and selection process. Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach are critical to build trust and credibility with internal departments and external clients.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: As part of your responsibilities, you will maintain accurate recruitment metrics, generate weekly hiring reports, and recommend process improvements. You’ll analyze trends in hiring time, candidate drop-off, and sourcing channels to optimize the hiring process continually.
Compliance and Documentation: You will ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal company policies in all aspects of recruitment. This includes managing employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and working closely with HR operations to ensure seamless employee induction.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship: You may also guide junior recruiters, helping them grow their skills in sourcing, interviewing, and client communication. Sharing best practices and supporting team hiring goals will be an integral part of your leadership responsibilities.
