talent acquisition and recruitment The Talent Acquisition / HR Assistant will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. You will ensure that top talent is attracted and onboarded efficiently while maintaining a smooth recruitment workflow.

hr administrative support You will assist with maintaining employee records, managing onboarding processes, and supporting HR policies. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that HR operations run seamlessly.

communication and interpersonal skills You will serve as a point of contact for candidates and employees, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

team collaboration and support You will work closely with the HR team and other departments, coordinating activities, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

process improvement and efficiency You will identify opportunities to improve HR processes, assist in recruitment campaigns, and contribute to HR reporting, ensuring operations are efficient and effective.

confidentiality and compliance Handling sensitive employee information and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies is a key responsibility. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times is critical.
