Job Description
Overall Camp Management – The Camp Boss is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of workers’ accommodation in Sajja, Sharjah. This includes supervising daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of living conditions for camp residents.
Staff Supervision and Leadership – The Camp Boss provides leadership to housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams. They ensure that staff are motivated, trained, and adhering to company policies while achieving operational efficiency.
Maintenance and Hygiene Oversight – The role involves monitoring cleanliness, hygiene, and facility maintenance. The Camp Boss ensures regular inspections are conducted, prompt repairs are done, and health standards are consistently maintained in line with UAE labor regulations.
Food and Housekeeping Management – Responsible for managing food preparation and distribution services within the camp, including scheduling housekeeping teams, overseeing kitchens, and ensuring the quality and safety of meals served to all residents.
Record Keeping and Inventory Control – The Camp Boss maintains detailed records of inventory, supplies, maintenance logs, and employee attendance. Proper documentation ensures transparency, efficiency, and timely replenishment of resources.
Compliance with Safety and Policies – The Camp Boss ensures that all camp operations follow safety protocols, labor laws, and company policies. This includes monitoring risk factors, emergency preparedness, and reporting any issues promptly to management.
Employee Support and Coordination – Acting as the primary point of contact for camp residents, the Camp Boss handles requests, complaints, and queries efficiently. They communicate with management to resolve concerns while maintaining a positive living environment.
