Overview of Role: The Headhunter / Sourcing Expert at RSA Global in Dubai will be responsible for full-cycle talent sourcing and candidate engagement. This role involves identifying top talent, building talent pipelines, and supporting onboarding processes for a variety of positions across industries. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a strategic mindset, and experience handling high-volume recruitment effectively.
Key Responsibilities: The sourcing expert will actively identify, attract, and engage potential candidates for various roles through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks. The role includes screening candidates, assessing skills and experience, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers with a professional and consultative approach.
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management: This role emphasizes creating and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Responsibilities include proactively researching talent, mapping candidate markets, and developing innovative sourcing strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for critical positions.
Candidate Engagement and Relationship Management: The candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for potential hires, maintaining ongoing communication and building strong relationships. This includes providing guidance throughout the recruitment process, addressing candidate inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Onboarding Support: The sourcing expert will assist in onboarding new hires by coordinating with HR and hiring managers, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring a smooth integration process. This includes providing support for relocation or visa processes when applicable, as well as facilitating introductions and orientation for new employees.
Collaboration with Recruitment Teams: The role requires close collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and optimize recruitment processes. The candidate will also contribute insights on market trends and talent availability to support strategic hiring decisions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: The sourcing expert will monitor key recruitment metrics, maintain records of candidate pipelines, and generate reports to evaluate sourcing effectiveness. This includes analyzing data to improve strategies, track conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
