Job Description

Front Desk Operations – The Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring each visitor feels welcomed and supported. This role requires maintaining a polished and professional reception area while offering assistance with courtesy and efficiency.

Client Greeting Excellence – The role involves greeting guests, guiding them to the right departments, and maintaining a warm and positive atmosphere. Exceptional communication skills and a confident presence are essential to represent the company’s image effectively.

Communication Handling – The Receptionist will manage incoming calls, messages, and email inquiries with accuracy. Ensuring that information reaches the correct department in a timely manner is crucial for maintaining smooth office flow and strong internal coordination.

Administrative Support Tasks – The role includes performing essential administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, updating logs, receiving mail, and supporting the office staff with documentation needs. Attention to detail and strong organizational habits are important for this responsibility.

Front-Desk Maintenance – Ensuring the reception area remains presentable, organized, and welcoming throughout the day is a key priority. This includes monitoring cleanliness, preparing meeting areas when needed, and maintaining essential supplies for daily operations.

Visitor & Appointment Coordination – The Receptionist will coordinate visitor schedules, arrange meeting rooms, and guide guests through security procedures when required. This role ensures that every incoming guest experiences professionalism and streamlined support.

Team Support & Office Collaboration – The candidate will work closely with office staff to provide support with basic clerical duties, ensuring a cohesive workflow and timely completion of office tasks. Being a cooperative team member enhances productivity across departments.
