Job Description
employee relations management – The HR & Admin Officer will play a key role in supporting employee relations by providing guidance, addressing staff concerns, and ensuring that workplace policies are followed consistently. You will act as a central communication point for HR matters, helping create a professional, supportive, and well-structured working environment.
human resources documentation handling – This role requires efficient handling of HR documentation, including contracts, onboarding files, renewals, leave records, performance forms, and exit procedures. You will maintain up-to-date and accurate employee files while ensuring that all documentation aligns with UAE labor law requirements.
recruitment support and onboarding coordination – You will be responsible for supporting the complete hiring lifecycle, from screening candidates to coordinating interviews and preparing onboarding materials. Your involvement will ensure that new employees transition smoothly into the organization and feel supported throughout the onboarding process.
administrative and office coordination responsibilities – The role includes managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating with internal departments, monitoring office supplies, scheduling meetings, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability will help you keep administrative functions running efficiently.
policy compliance and HR process improvement – The HR & Admin Officer will support the implementation of HR policies and contribute to improving workflows for higher efficiency. You will also monitor compliance, track employee attendance, and assist in updating procedures to reflect organizational needs and legal changes.
HR data management and reporting – You will ensure accurate entry, tracking, and reporting of HR data, including attendance, payroll support information, and employee status updates. The role requires strong attention to detail to ensure reports are reliable, timely, and aligned with management expectations.
