Role Overview: The HR Assistant role offers an opportunity to join a fast-moving HR department where the selected candidate will support daily human resources activities, coordinate employee-related tasks, and maintain smooth internal operations while contributing to a professional and structured work environment.
Talent Acquisition Support: The candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment workflows by screening applications, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring that all selection steps are completed with accuracy, speed, and professionalism to support organizational staffing needs.
Onboarding Responsibilities: The HR Assistant will manage onboarding procedures by preparing documentation, guiding new employees through company orientation, and ensuring all joining formalities are completed correctly to provide a warm and efficient entry experience for newly hired team members.
Employee Relations Coordination: The role involves assisting employees with their HR queries, maintaining a supportive communication process, documenting employee concerns, and helping HR leaders handle day-to-day workforce interactions while promoting a positive and respectful work culture.
HR Administration Duties: The HR Assistant will handle essential administrative tasks such as preparing letters, updating HR records, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring all documentation complies with internal policies and organizational standards while supporting various HR processes.
Performance Management Support: The candidate will assist in performance evaluation cycles by collecting required information, coordinating review timelines, supporting managers with documentation, and contributing to the overall development and tracking of staff performance initiatives.
Operational and Compliance Tasks: The HR Assistant will help ensure company policies, rules, and HR guidelines are followed effectively by keeping data updated, tracking attendance, assisting with policy communication, and supporting compliance procedures across the department.
