Job Description

Role Overview: The HR Executive is responsible for managing a broad range of human resource functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting employees throughout their lifecycle. This role requires an experienced HR professional with in-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HRMS systems, and best practices in employee engagement, payroll, and performance management. The HR Executive acts as a key liaison between management and staff to maintain a positive and productive workplace.

Employee Relations Management: This paragraph focuses on handling workplace concerns, grievances, and employee engagement initiatives. The HR Executive ensures that employee issues are addressed professionally, maintains a positive work environment, and fosters collaboration and satisfaction across all levels of the organization. This role involves facilitating communication between employees and management while promoting company culture and policies.

HR Documentation and Compliance: The HR Executive is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and organizing all HR documentation, including contracts, attendance records, leave applications, payroll records, and policy manuals. The role ensures compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies, providing accurate and timely documentation for audits, reporting, and HR management purposes.

Performance Management Support: This paragraph describes the role in supporting performance evaluation processes, coordinating appraisals, monitoring employee progress, and assisting in implementing performance improvement plans. The HR Executive collaborates with department heads to align performance goals with organizational objectives and provides recommendations for employee development and training.
