Job Description
Employee Lifecycle Management – In this role, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers while maintaining full compliance with company policies and UAE labor standards to provide employees a professional and supportive HR experience.
Recruitment and Talent Coordination – You will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening candidates, interview scheduling, and managing onboarding documentation, ensuring that each hire is aligned with organizational needs and delivered within targeted timelines.
HR Records and Data Accuracy – This position requires managing employee files, attendance logs, HRIS updates, and maintaining secure and well-organized documentation to support internal audits and legal compliance across all HR operations.
Payroll and Benefits Administration – You will manage payroll inputs, validate attendance and leave data, coordinate with finance, and ensure timely processing of salaries, benefits, and statutory deductions fully aligned with UAE labor regulations and company compensation policies.
HR Reporting and Analytics – You will prepare structured HR reports, dashboards, and analysis to support management decision-making, giving insights into workforce trends, attendance, performance, and employee engagement indicators.
Training, Performance, and Engagement Support – This role involves supporting employee training programs, assisting in performance review cycles, improving internal communication, and ensuring that staff members receive timely updates, support, and guidance.
