Job Description

Role Purpose: The Public Relations Officer (PRO) plays a crucial role in managing official documentation, government-related procedures, and compliance tasks for the company. This role requires someone reliable and well-versed in UAE governmental processes, who can confidently handle legal paperwork, submissions, renewals, and company licensing matters in a timely and accurate manner.

Government Liaison Responsibilities: The PRO will represent the company at various UAE ministries and government bodies such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, RTA, Civil Defense, and other official departments. The role requires actively tracking updates, submitting documentation, processing approvals, and ensuring the company remains fully compliant with local regulations. Strong professional relationships and experience working with government officials are essential.

Employee Document Processing: The candidate will handle employee-related documentation including visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID, medical test arrangements, renewals, cancellations, and residency formalities. This includes ensuring timely submission, avoiding fines, and keeping employee records updated as per UAE legal requirements.

Corporate Compliance and Licensing: The job includes overseeing company license renewals, trade name reservations, attestation of documents, tenancy contracts, insurance updates, and related compliance procedures. The PRO must maintain organized documentation and ensure all renewals are completed well before expiration deadlines.

Operational Coordination: The role requires close coordination with HR, finance, and operations departments to ensure administrative procedures move smoothly. The candidate will maintain document logs, track application statuses, prepare reports, and keep management informed of all ongoing legal and government-related activities.

Client and Stakeholder Communication: The PRO may interact with external agencies, consultants, and service providers to support the company’s processes. Professional communication skills are important, along with the ability to represent the company confidently in public offices and during documentation procedures.

Field Work and Mobility: Since the position requires regular visits to government offices, the selected candidate must be comfortable working on the move, managing multiple document submissions daily, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. The company provides a vehicle to support the mobility requirements of the role.
