Payroll Operations Overview: This position focuses on managing comprehensive payroll activities, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with UAE labor regulations while supporting the smooth functioning of HR operations.
Salary Processing Responsibilities: The Payroll Officer will handle end-to-end salary calculations, including earnings, deductions, overtime, leave adjustments, and all payroll variances while maintaining precision and consistency throughout the monthly cycle.
Compliance and Policy Adherence: The role requires careful monitoring of UAE labor laws, WPS requirements, company policies, and payroll-related legal updates to ensure complete alignment with regulations and organizational standards without compromising accuracy.
Employee Records Coordination: The candidate will maintain organized payroll files, update employee information, track attendance and leave records, and ensure that all payroll data is documented properly for internal and external audits.
System and Tools Management: The Payroll Officer will work with payroll software, HRMS tools, and reporting systems to input, verify, reconcile, and validate payroll information, helping streamline the payroll workflow for maximum efficiency.
Cross-Department Collaboration: The role involves coordinating with HR, Finance, and department heads to collect necessary payroll inputs, verify employment changes, clarify discrepancies, and support smooth communication between teams.
Employee Support and Query Handling: The Payroll Officer will address payroll-related inquiries, provide clarifications on salary components, resolve discrepancies, and ensure employees receive timely support regarding their pay and benefits.
