Job Description

Role Overview: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and finalizing offers. The role requires a proactive, organized professional with strong communication skills to ensure timely hiring and smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities: Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-joining formalities.

Onboarding & Support: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires by coordinating documentation, induction sessions, and role-specific training. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

HR Operations: Assist in HR administration, including leave management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Urgency: The company is seeking candidates who can join immediately and contribute to ongoing recruitment needs without delay.
