Position Overview: The Personal Assistant (Admin + Accounts Support) plays a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between administrative operations and financial activities. This role demands a proactive individual who can handle confidential information, manage multiple priorities efficiently, and support senior management with day-to-day office and accounts-related tasks. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys a structured environment while also being able to adapt quickly to dynamic workplace needs.

Administrative Support: As the primary point of contact for administrative needs, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office documentation. The assistant will also support HR-related administrative duties and ensure that all internal communication flows efficiently within the organization. This role is perfect for a candidate who thrives on organization and precision.

Accounts Assistance: The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day financial operations including expense tracking, petty cash handling, invoice verification, and report preparation. They will maintain financial records and collaborate with the accounting department to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Basic knowledge of accounting software and an understanding of bookkeeping principles will be highly valuable.

Client & Vendor Coordination: A major part of this role involves interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. The assistant will liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and transaction flow. Maintaining professionalism and a customer-oriented attitude will be key to successfully fulfilling these responsibilities.

Work Environment: The position is based in Al Ghail, Ras Al Khaimah, and requires relocation. Candidates must be comfortable working in a structured yet fast-paced setting.
