Job Overview: As an HR Coordinator at our prestigious Dubai-based hotel, you will play a key role in managing and executing HR operations that contribute to a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hospitality HR experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of UAE labour laws. You will serve as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive work environment across all departments.

Responsibilities and Duties: In this role, you will handle day-to-day HR functions including employee documentation, payroll coordination, onboarding, and compliance. You will maintain accurate employee records, process staff leave requests, and support in recruitment and selection for various hotel departments. Your proactive involvement in creating efficient HR processes will be crucial in maintaining the hotel’s operational excellence and employee satisfaction.

Visa Processing and EOS Management: A major part of your responsibilities will be managing visa processing for new hires and renewals, coordinating with PROs and government entities. You will also oversee End of Service (EOS) settlements, ensuring they are calculated and processed as per UAE labour regulations. Strong attention to detail and legal awareness are essential to perform this function effectively and without errors.

Employee Relations: You will be responsible for handling staff inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement activities. As the point of contact for HR concerns, you’ll work to maintain a culture of respect, transparency, and trust among the team. You will also assist in conducting performance reviews and disciplinary meetings, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies.

Training and Development: Supporting staff growth is a vital part of this position. You will help plan and execute training sessions to enhance employees’ skills, customer service excellence, and professional development. By collaborating with department heads, you will identify training needs, track progress, and ensure all team members are equipped to deliver the highest hospitality standards.

Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data is critical. You will manage digital and paper records for employee files, visas, contracts, and evaluations, while keeping them compliant with UAE laws and company standards. You’ll also assist in internal and external audits to ensure legal and policy compliance.
