Job Description
Position Overview: The HR Manager will serve as a key member of the management team, responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization. This role focuses on developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, and fostering a productive, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities: The HR Manager will be in charge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations. They will design and execute HR policies, oversee manpower planning, and coordinate with department heads to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently. The role also includes supervising payroll activities, handling grievances, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Talent Acquisition and Development: A major focus of the HR Manager will be to attract, hire, and retain top talent. The role involves creating strong employer branding initiatives, managing recruitment channels, and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences. Additionally, the manager will identify training needs, organize employee development programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Employee Relations and Engagement: The HR Manager will build strong employee relations by maintaining open communication channels between management and staff. They will initiate engagement activities, monitor employee satisfaction, and address conflicts or complaints promptly and effectively. By fostering a positive and respectful work environment, the HR Manager will contribute to higher retention and productivity rates.
Compliance and Policy Management: This position requires a detailed understanding of UAE labour laws, visa regulations, and government portals such as MOHRE and Tasheel. The HR Manager will ensure full compliance with all statutory and legal requirements, maintain accurate records, and manage renewals of visas, Emirates IDs, and contracts in coordination with the PRO team.
Performance Management and HR Systems: The HR Manager will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and appraisal systems that align with company objectives. They will ensure employees receive timely feedback and recognition for their contributions. Additionally, the HR Manager will maintain and update digital HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
