Job Description
Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Arabic Speaker) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring PSI attracts and hires top talent in line with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring professionals across various levels while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
Recruitment Strategy: The specialist will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, leveraging multiple channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. They will work to build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: The candidate will actively source qualified applicants, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. They will manage the scheduling and coordination of interviews, ensuring timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
Collaboration with Departments: Working closely with department heads and HR colleagues, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will understand role requirements, design job descriptions, and align recruitment plans with departmental objectives. This role also includes coaching hiring managers on best practices and recruitment processes.
Data Management and Reporting: The specialist will maintain accurate recruitment records, generate reports on key recruitment metrics, and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency. Monitoring candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and other KPIs will be an essential responsibility to ensure continuous improvement.
Employer Branding: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will contribute to promoting PSI as an employer of choice by enhancing employer branding initiatives, representing the company at job fairs, and building positive relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
