Job Overview: The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent aligned with its business objectives. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in building a sustainable and efficient hiring framework.
Talent Strategy: The candidate will design and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the company’s evolving needs. They will manage a team of recruiters, set KPIs, and continuously refine sourcing approaches for both local and international talent.
Recruitment Operations: The Senior Manager will handle high-volume recruitment, executive search coordination, and recruitment analytics to measure effectiveness and improve the hiring process continuously.
Stakeholder Engagement: The role requires exceptional communication and coordination skills to liaise with department heads, ensuring hiring requirements are met within timelines and budgets.
Technology and Tools: The ideal candidate should be well-versed in applicant tracking systems, social recruitment tools, and other digital hiring platforms to streamline and optimize hiring operations.
Market Awareness: The candidate should have a solid understanding of UAE’s property and real estate market trends, enabling effective talent forecasting and strategic hiring.
