Job Description
Human Resource Operations: The HR Executive will play a vital role in managing the organization’s overall human resource operations, ensuring smooth functioning of employee-related processes. The role requires someone with deep understanding of HR practices in the UAE and an ability to implement them efficiently to maintain compliance and enhance organizational culture.
Recruitment and Onboarding: The candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to preparing offer letters and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. You will help new employees integrate successfully into the company by conducting orientations and assisting with required documentation.
Payroll and Attendance Management: This position requires handling payroll coordination with precision and confidentiality. The HR Executive will oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and accurate payroll processing while maintaining clear communication with the finance department to ensure timely salary disbursement.
Performance and Employee Engagement: The HR Executive will actively support the company’s performance appraisal process, employee satisfaction initiatives, and recognition programs. By fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, the individual will contribute to high levels of employee motivation and retention.
Compliance and Legal Responsibilities: The candidate must ensure all HR processes align with UAE labour laws and internal policies. You will also be expected to maintain up-to-date employee records, manage HRMS data accurately, and support audits to ensure organizational compliance and accountability.
Coordination with PRO and Administrative Support: This role involves close collaboration with the company’s PRO for visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID renewals, and other legal documentation. The HR Executive will also assist in administrative functions, including disciplinary actions, training coordination, and offboarding procedures.
