Job Description

Human Resource Operations: The HR Coordinator will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations within the organization. This includes maintaining employee records, coordinating internal HR communications, and ensuring all HR policies are effectively implemented. The role demands high accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Recruitment and Onboarding: You will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and assisting hiring managers in the selection process. Additionally, you’ll manage smooth onboarding experiences by preparing employment contracts, orientation schedules, and ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.

Payroll and Attendance Management: As part of the HR department, the coordinator will assist in processing payroll and monitoring employee attendance. You will ensure accurate entry of attendance data, leave tracking, and timely submission of salary information in compliance with UAE labor regulations. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee payments will be critical.

Employee Relations: The HR Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, leave requests, and documentation. You’ll support a positive workplace environment by promoting fairness, open communication, and engagement activities that contribute to overall staff satisfaction.

Documentation and Compliance: This position involves preparing and maintaining HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, visa renewals, and performance review records. The HR Coordinator must ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies while keeping all files securely organized and updated.

Performance and Development Support: You will assist in coordinating performance evaluations, collecting feedback, and identifying employee training and development needs. By supporting continuous learning initiatives, you’ll contribute to improving workforce capability and employee retention.
