Job Description

Dynamic Leadership Opportunity – As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading all human resource functions within a growing real estate company in Dubai. The position demands an individual with exceptional leadership skills who can align HR strategies with the company’s operational goals while ensuring employee satisfaction and productivity. The successful candidate will work closely with top management to foster a high-performing work culture that values growth, integrity, and innovation.

Strategic HR Management – This role involves designing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that strengthen organizational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, maintaining accurate employee documentation, and streamlining internal processes to support long-term business sustainability. The HR Manager will serve as the main advisor for all personnel matters and ensure that company standards are consistently met.

Employee Engagement and Development – You will oversee employee engagement initiatives, talent management, and career development programs. This includes creating a positive work environment that motivates employees to achieve excellence. The HR Manager will identify training needs, organize workshops, and help staff enhance their professional capabilities to contribute meaningfully to the organization’s success.

Recruitment and Onboarding – One of your primary responsibilities will be to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences. The goal is to attract and retain top talent who align with the company’s vision and values. The HR Manager will also play a crucial role in creating onboarding plans that help new hires integrate seamlessly into the team.

Policy Implementation and Compliance – As part of your duties, you will be tasked with developing and enforcing HR policies that reflect best practices and adhere to the UAE’s employment laws. The role involves monitoring policy compliance, resolving employee grievances, and advising management on necessary improvements to maintain transparency and fairness in all HR-related activities.

Performance and Compensation Management – You’ll be responsible for designing and overseeing performance appraisal systems that ensure objective evaluation and merit-based growth. The HR Manager will also assist in developing compensation structures that are both competitive and equitable, contributing to employee retention and motivation.
