Job Description

Employee Support and Coordination: The HR Assistant will play a vital role in providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the HR department. This includes maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and management.

Recruitment Assistance: You will support the recruitment cycle by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Your contribution will help streamline hiring efforts and ensure that the right talent joins our growing healthcare team.

Onboarding and Documentation: Assist in preparing employment contracts, verifying employee documentation, and coordinating onboarding sessions for new hires. You will help create a welcoming environment and ensure that new employees integrate smoothly into the organization.

Attendance and Payroll Coordination: The HR Assistant will help monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timesheets, ensuring accurate data submission to the payroll department. You will maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.

Policy Implementation and Compliance: You will assist in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees, ensuring compliance with company regulations and UAE labor laws. You will also help implement updates to policies as needed.

Employee Engagement and Support: You will support HR initiatives that foster employee well-being, engagement, and satisfaction. This may include organizing internal activities, collecting feedback, and providing administrative assistance for training sessions and events.
