Position Overview: The Head of Human Resources will lead the HR department and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s mission and growth objectives. The role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in employee relations, policy development, and organizational leadership.

Key Responsibilities: The selected professional will oversee all aspects of HR management including recruitment, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and performance management. They will ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the organization.

Strategic Leadership: This position requires the ability to design and implement HR frameworks that support the company’s long-term business plans. The Head of HR will serve as a key advisor to senior management, ensuring talent strategies are aligned with business needs and promoting continuous improvement in people operations.

Talent Management: The role demands a leader skilled in developing high-performing teams and identifying key talent across all levels of the organization. The Head of HR will drive initiatives for career development, succession planning, and leadership training to enhance employee retention and motivation.

Policy and Compliance: The ideal candidate will maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure that all practices comply with UAE labour laws and international HR standards. They will also lead internal audits, manage employee grievances, and promote a fair, transparent work environment.

Performance and Reward Management: This role involves managing the organization’s compensation and benefits framework, benchmarking salary structures, and implementing reward programs that attract and retain top talent. A strong analytical mindset is required to monitor performance metrics and deliver data-driven HR insights.
