Job Description

Global Talent Acquisition Expertise: As a Recruitment Coordinator specializing in international hiring, you will lead the full recruitment cycle for global roles across the USA and Canada. You’ll be responsible for identifying top-tier talent through innovative sourcing strategies, building relationships with candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment journey from start to finish. The role demands a deep understanding of diverse hiring practices and compliance with international labor standards.

Comprehensive Candidate Sourcing: Your daily responsibilities will involve managing multiple pipelines simultaneously using advanced sourcing techniques, social media recruitment, job boards, and ATS systems. You’ll develop creative sourcing methods that attract high-caliber professionals while maintaining a database of active and passive candidates for future opportunities.

Screening and Interview Management: You will efficiently conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements, prepare interview questions, and coordinate seamless interview schedules across different time zones.

ATS & Data Management Proficiency: You will utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably USD ATS) to manage recruitment workflows efficiently. From job posting to candidate communication, every step will be tracked and optimized to ensure transparency and accuracy. You’ll also provide reports and analytics to leadership on hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and process improvement suggestions.

Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: The position requires close collaboration with department heads, HR leads, and external recruitment agencies. You’ll serve as the bridge between management and candidates, ensuring timely communication, positive candidate experience, and consistent employer branding throughout all recruitment stages.

Strategic Hiring and Process Optimization: You’ll take part in developing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. This includes improving hiring processes, evaluating sourcing tools, and implementing best practices that enhance overall talent acquisition efficiency. Your insights will help refine the company’s long-term workforce strategy.
