Job Description
Role Overview: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to daily HR operations. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for people, process improvement, and organizational efficiency.
Recruitment and Onboarding: You will handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and employee onboarding. The HR Executive will ensure that every new hire has a seamless transition into the company and feels supported from day one.
Employee Data and Record Management: This role requires maintaining an accurate and up-to-date employee database. You will ensure all personnel files are organized, documents are properly archived, and sensitive information is handled confidentially in accordance with company policies.
HR Operations and Coordination: As part of the HR operations team, you will oversee daily HR administrative functions, support department heads in HR-related requests, and coordinate with the PRO for visa processing, renewals, and government documentation.
Performance and Reporting: You will prepare HR reports, assist in tracking performance metrics, and support the management team with insights for workforce planning. Your analytical and reporting skills will contribute to data-driven HR decisions.
Employee Relations and Communication: This position requires strong interpersonal skills to foster positive employee relations. You will be a point of contact for employee queries, grievance handling, and HR communication initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
