Job Description
Human Resource Coordination: As an HR Coordinator at Yas Clinic, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department in all day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, managing HR documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between management and staff. Your role will contribute directly to fostering a positive and efficient workplace culture.
Employee Relations and Support: You will assist in handling employee queries, resolving concerns, and maintaining employee satisfaction through proactive engagement. Building a strong rapport with employees at all levels, you will ensure that workplace issues are managed with professionalism and confidentiality, promoting a harmonious and respectful work environment.
Recruitment and Onboarding: The HR Coordinator will actively participate in the recruitment process — from posting job ads, shortlisting applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the selection process. Additionally, you will manage onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization and aligned with Yas Clinic’s mission and values.
Training and Development: You will help identify training needs, coordinate professional development sessions, and ensure employees have access to continuous learning opportunities. Working closely with department heads, you will track participation, maintain training records, and support performance improvement initiatives that align with clinic standards.
Payroll and Attendance Management: This role requires careful attention to employee attendance, timesheets, and leave records to ensure accurate payroll processing. You will support the HR and finance teams by preparing reports, verifying data, and maintaining compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations.
Compliance and Documentation: As part of the HR function, you will assist in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, keeping employee records updated, and ensuring all HR operations adhere to UAE labor legislation. You will also support audits and provide documentation required for internal and external reviews.
