Role Overview: The HR Coordinator acts as the backbone of our human resource functions, assisting in recruitment, employee relations, and records management.
Operations Support: You’ll be organizing orientation programs, maintaining attendance records, and tracking leave and performance appraisals.
Employee Engagement: Assist in planning employee events, handling grievance procedures, and improving internal communication.
Admin Tasks: Responsible for document control, visa processing, and preparing employee letters and memos.
Coordination Duties: Liaise between HR, management, and employees to ensure smooth information flow.
Reporting: Generate periodic HR reports and keep HR databases accurate and updated.
