Role Overview: A dynamic start-up based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced and confident HR & Admin Support Specialist to join their growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the HR and administrative functions in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
HR Operations Management: You will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, policy enforcement, and coordination of administrative support functions. The ideal candidate will ensure processes are compliant with UAE labor laws and aligned with company culture.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: A key aspect of the role will involve recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. You’ll work closely with management to meet staffing needs and build a team capable of driving the start-up’s success.
Start-Up & Tech Environment Experience: Candidates with experience in digital media, technology companies, or fast-moving start-ups will be preferred. You should be comfortable building systems from the ground up, managing ambiguity, and adapting to a fast-evolving organizational structure.
UAE HR Compliance: A strong understanding of UAE labor law and compliance procedures is essential. You will manage visa processes, employee documentation, leave tracking, and liaise with government portals or PRO services as needed.
Administrative Oversight: Alongside your HR responsibilities, you will handle general administrative duties such as office coordination, vendor management, and internal communications. You must be efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving workplace needs.
Candidate Profile: We are looking for a well-spoken, organized, and self-driven HR professional who can handle responsibilities with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a positive and approachable demeanor, are key to success in this position.
