Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Admin Assistant to support our human resources and administrative operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their HR career in a professional corporate setting in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities: As an HR Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining personnel records, preparing HR documents, and updating internal databases. You will also handle employee queries regarding HR-related issues and company policies.

Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support across all departments. This includes coordinating meetings, maintaining office records, filing documentation, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Knowledge of UAE Labor Law: A fundamental understanding of the UAE labor law is essential for this role. You will be expected to assist in ensuring the company’s HR policies are in line with legal regulations and help resolve labor-related issues with guidance.

Collaboration and Communication: Your role will involve close collaboration with HR personnel, department heads, and team members to ensure a smooth HR function. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to handle documentation and employee relations effectively.
