Job Overview: Rida Middle East is currently hiring a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support our team across human resource and administrative functions in Dubai/UAQ. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent MBA graduate or early-career professional looking to grow in HR and admin roles.
HR Cycle Support: You will assist with the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, maintaining personnel records, supporting payroll processes, and managing offboarding activities. You will play a key role in ensuring HR operations run smoothly.
Employee Records Management: You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining accurate employee documentation, including contracts, attendance, leaves, and performance records in accordance with HR compliance and audit requirements.
Employee Engagement: In this role, you will support the planning and execution of HR events, activities, and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Administrative Duties: As part of your general admin responsibilities, you will handle correspondence, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth communication within departments. Multitasking and time management will be critical.
Team Collaboration: You will work closely with HR and other departments, assisting in reporting, compliance tracking, and ensuring effective communication throughout the organization.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills will enable you to contribute effectively to both HR and admin tasks.
