Job Overview: AQAM Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR & Admin Assistant to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth internal operations by supporting both HR functions and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and familiar with HR practices in the UAE.
Administrative Support: In this role, you will handle front-desk coordination, schedule management, office supply inventory, and assist various departments with clerical needs. You’ll also be responsible for preparing memos, maintaining records, and assisting with internal communication.
HR Documentation & Records: You’ll support the HR team by maintaining accurate employee records, tracking leave and attendance, and updating HRIS data. You’ll also assist in drafting employment contracts, offer letters, warning notices, and official correspondence.
Recruitment Support: The job involves assisting with the recruitment cycle — posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires. You’ll also assist with exit formalities and document archiving.
Employee Assistance: Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, you’ll assist in explaining HR policies, issuing letters, coordinating medical insurance updates, and resolving administrative concerns professionally and promptly.
Compliance & Reporting: You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor law requirements by organizing employee documents and ensuring licenses, IDs, and visa records are up to date. Monthly HR reports and attendance summaries will also be your responsibility.
