Job Overview: Ajouli LTD Almila is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about HR processes, office coordination, and administrative excellence. You will play a key role in supporting both the HR department and general office functions.

Recruitment & Onboarding: As the HR Admin, you will assist with recruitment tasks, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees. You will help maintain employee files and records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

HR Operations: You will be responsible for handling essential HR tasks such as payroll assistance, benefits coordination, and preparation of HR-related documentation. Accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive data are vital in this part of the role.

Office Administration: Your duties will also include general administrative support such as document filing, scheduling internal meetings, organizing calendars, and supporting HR projects. A multitasking mindset is essential to manage these responsibilities efficiently.

Office Management: Beyond HR, you will help manage office supplies and inventory, oversee maintenance of equipment, and ensure that the workplace remains tidy and organized. This is a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Tech & Communication: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and any HR software is required. You should also have strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with staff and external contacts.
