Job Overview: Lifco Trading is urgently hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Admin to support its HR department in Sharjah. This role is ideal for professionals who are familiar with UAE labor law and have strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
Administrative Support: The selected candidate will manage employee files, update internal HR systems, and handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, attendance, and leave records.
Recruitment Assistance: You’ll assist in coordinating interviews, preparing job descriptions, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to maintain seamless HR operations.
HR Policy Compliance: Ensure internal policies are consistently followed and aligned with UAE labor regulations, providing guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, maintain confidentiality, and promote a professional and supportive working environment through effective communication and problem-solving.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare HR reports, letters, and official documents while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. You’ll be the go-to person for data and file accuracy.
UAE Labor Law Knowledge: A strong grasp of local labor laws is essential to ensure the organization remains compliant in matters of contracts, leaves, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
