Role Overview – La Foret Real Estate LLC is hiring an HR Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for experienced HR leaders with strong strategic HR expertise, real estate sector knowledge, and the ability to lead the HR function, drive recruitment, manage talent, ensure compliance, and support business growth within a dynamic real estate brokerage environment.
Strategic HR Leadership and Planning – You will provide strategic HR leadership by aligning HR strategies with business objectives, developing workforce plans, supporting organizational growth, advising senior management on people matters, implementing HR initiatives that drive performance, and positioning HR as a strategic partner to the real estate business.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – You will lead recruitment and talent acquisition by developing recruitment strategies for real estate agents, property consultants, sales executives, and support staff, managing recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent to support sales growth.
Real Estate Agent Recruitment and Onboarding – You will specialize in real estate agent recruitment by attracting experienced property consultants, assessing sales capabilities, evaluating market knowledge, coordinating RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) registration, managing agent onboarding, providing sales training, and building a high-performing sales team.
Performance Management and Appraisal – You will lead performance management by implementing performance appraisal systems, setting sales targets and KPIs, coordinating performance reviews, providing coaching and feedback, managing performance improvement plans, recognizing top performers, and fostering a performance-driven culture that rewards results.
Compensation and Benefits Management – You will manage compensation and benefits by developing competitive salary structures, managing commission schemes for sales agents, benchmarking compensation against market rates, administering benefits programs (health insurance, leave entitlements, incentives), and ensuring competitive packages that attract and retain talent.
Employee Relations and Engagement – You will manage employee relations and drive engagement by addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, conducting employee satisfaction surveys, implementing engagement initiatives, facilitating open communication, managing grievance procedures, and maintaining positive workplace culture.
HR Policies and Compliance – You will develop and implement HR policies by establishing HR procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance with UAE labor law, RERA regulations, and real estate sector requirements, maintaining employee handbooks, implementing disciplinary procedures, and ensuring all HR practices adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
