Role Overview – Lawbridge is looking for an Senior HR with minimum 3 years of UAE HR experience who can join immediately. This position in Business Bay is ideal for HR professionals who can handle the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding and off boarding, performance management, employee engagement, policy implementation, payroll support, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Full HR Lifecycle Management – You will handle the complete HR lifecycle from recruitment through employee exit by managing all stages of the employment journey, supporting employees at each phase, ensuring positive experiences, and maintaining comprehensive HR processes throughout the employee relationship.

Recruitment Management – You will manage recruitment by posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, selecting candidates, preparing employment offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires quality talent across various positions.

Onboarding and Off boarding – You will handle onboarding by welcoming new employees, coordinating orientation, facilitating integration, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting smooth transitions. You will manage off boarding by coordinating exits, conducting exit interviews, managing clearance processes, and ensuring professional employee departures.

Performance Management – You will support performance management by coordinating performance reviews, maintaining performance records, supporting goal-setting processes, facilitating feedback, and ensuring effective performance management systems that drive employee development and organizational results.

Employee Engagement – You will promote employee engagement by implementing engagement initiatives, organizing activities, supporting workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, measuring engagement levels, and creating positive work environments that enhance satisfaction and retention.
