Job Description

Role Overview – Harwal Group is hiring a Recruitment Assistant for a full-time, on-site role based at their Dubai Investment Park (DIP) facility. This position is ideal for experienced recruitment professionals with hands-on exposure to both blue-collar and white-collar hiring, including bulk and specialist recruitment, who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

End-to-End Recruitment Management – You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle by handling job postings, sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Bulk and Blue-Collar Hiring – You will lead bulk hiring initiatives for operational and blue-collar roles by developing sourcing strategies, managing high-volume pipelines, coordinating mass recruitment drives, and ensuring positions are filled within agreed timelines to support Harwal Group's operational requirements.

Specialist and White-Collar Recruitment – You will support specialist and white-collar recruitment by identifying qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals, conducting structured screenings, and presenting well-matched shortlists to hiring managers across various business functions.

CV Screening and Candidate Shortlisting – You will conduct thorough CV screening and candidate assessments by evaluating profiles against job requirements, filtering applications, and building quality shortlists that enable hiring managers to make informed and timely recruitment decisions.

Interview Coordination – You will coordinate interview schedules by liaising between candidates and hiring managers, sending confirmations, managing rescheduling, and ensuring all parties are well-prepared and informed throughout the interview process.

Onboarding and Joining Formalities – You will assist with onboarding and joining formalities by preparing offer documentation, following up on pre-employment requirements, coordinating induction schedules, and ensuring new joiners have a smooth and professional transition into the organization.

Recruitment Documentation and Reporting – You will maintain accurate recruitment records by updating trackers, managing candidate databases, generating hiring reports, and ensuring all documentation is organized and compliant with internal HR policies and audit requirements.

Recruitment Experience – Proven recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment is required. Your background should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, meet tight hiring deadlines, and deliver quality candidates across both operational and professional job categories.

Sourcing and Coordination Skills – Strong sourcing, coordination, and reporting skills are essential. You should be proficient in using job portals, applicant tracking systems, and professional networks to identify and engage talent efficiently across all levels of the organization.

Sector Experience (Preferred) – Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is preferred and will significantly strengthen your candidacy. Familiarity with the specific hiring demands, workforce profiles, and operational pace of industrial environments is a clear advantage.

Communication and Organisational Abilities – Good written and verbal communication skills combined with strong organisational abilities are essential for managing high volumes of requisitions, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of recruitment data and documentation.
