Role Overview – Alokozay Group is hiring an HR Manager for a full-time, on-site role. This position is ideal for experienced human resources professionals with strategic leadership capabilities, a strong understanding of HR operations, and the ability to lead talent management, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives within a fast-growing, diversified business group.
HR Strategy and Planning – You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Alokozay Group's business objectives by identifying workforce needs, planning talent acquisition and retention initiatives, and ensuring HR policies and programs support organizational growth and operational excellence.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment – You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process by managing hiring pipelines, coordinating with department heads on staffing needs, leading candidate selection, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and onboards top talent across all business functions.
Employee Relations and Engagement – You will foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, conducting investigations when necessary, and implementing engagement initiatives that promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
Performance Management – You will design and oversee performance management systems by establishing clear appraisal processes, supporting managers in conducting evaluations, identifying training and development needs, and ensuring performance outcomes drive both individual growth and organizational success.
Compensation and Benefits Management – You will manage compensation and benefits programs by conducting market benchmarking, reviewing salary structures, administering employee benefits, ensuring competitive and equitable packages, and maintaining compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
Training and Development – You will lead training and development initiatives by identifying skill gaps, coordinating learning programs, facilitating leadership development, and creating opportunities for continuous employee growth that align with Alokozay Group's strategic priorities.
HR Policies and Compliance – You will develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures by ensuring compliance with UAE labor law, updating employee handbooks, managing documentation, and ensuring the organization adheres to best practices in HR governance and regulatory requirements.
Payroll and HRIS Management – You will oversee payroll administration and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) by ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing employee data, generating HR reports, and leveraging technology to streamline HR operations and reporting.
Organizational Development and Change Management – You will support organizational development and change management initiatives by assessing organizational structure, facilitating restructuring when needed, and guiding teams through transitions to ensure business continuity and employee alignment with company goals.
HR Leadership and Team Management – You will lead and develop the HR team by setting performance expectations, delegating responsibilities, providing mentorship and guidance, and fostering a collaborative HR function that delivers strategic value across the entire organization.
