Job Description

Role Overview: The Public Relations Officer (PRO) plays a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination between the company and various UAE government authorities. This position focuses on managing all legal, immigration, and licensing requirements necessary for smooth business operations within the construction industry.

Government Relations & Compliance: You will be responsible for handling all UAE visa, labour, and immigration procedures, including applications, renewals, cancellations, medicals, and Emirates ID processing. Ensuring compliance with UAE labour law and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of government policies will be at the core of your daily duties.

ADNOC & CICPA Coordination: The role demands proven experience dealing with ADNOC and CICPA entities. You will manage ADNOC vendor registrations, gate pass requests, and ensure the timely processing of CICPA pass applications and renewals for both personnel and vehicles assigned to restricted projects.

Licensing & Permits Management: You will oversee the renewal and maintenance of trade licenses, construction permits, and other company certifications. This includes liaising with ministries, municipalities, and government departments to ensure that all required documentation is updated and compliant.

HR & Administrative Support: In collaboration with the HR and Admin departments, you will support the handling of employee-related documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and clearances, ensuring that all legal formalities are completed accurately and efficiently.

Documentation & Record Keeping: You will maintain precise and organized records of all applications, approvals, and renewals related to labour, immigration, and corporate operations. Your attention to detail will help ensure compliance during audits and inspections.

Communication & Coordination: You will act as the main point of contact between the company and external authorities, demonstrating strong communication skills in both English and Arabic to manage interactions effectively and build long-term professional relationships.

Problem-Solving & Efficiency: You will handle challenges proactively, ensuring that government processes and approvals are completed promptly without disruptions to ongoing construction projects. Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments will be essential for success in this role.
