Position Overview: Palinoia Properties, a reputable real estate and HR services company based in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate administration and a strong understanding of UAE HR and documentation processes. This position requires excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities: The Office Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative activities, manage office documentation, maintain employee records, and coordinate with HR and property teams. She will assist in preparing tenancy contracts, processing Ejari, handling visa documentation, and supporting recruitment procedures. The role also includes coordinating office supplies, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Technical Expertise: The ideal candidate should be proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and HR management tools. Familiarity with UAE labor laws, documentation protocols, and government portals (MOHRE, Tasheel, Emirates ID) will be highly valued. She must also ensure data confidentiality and accuracy in all employee and client-related records.

Client and Staff Coordination: This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with clients, property agents, and team members. The Office Administrator will serve as the central point of contact for administrative queries and ensure timely support to both internal staff and external partners.

Office Management: The candidate will oversee the daily upkeep of the office, manage correspondence, prepare reports, and ensure that all administrative functions are performed efficiently. She will support management in HR-related tasks such as onboarding, leave tracking, and payroll documentation, contributing to a productive and organized work environment.

Professional Qualities: The successful candidate should be proactive, reliable, and self-motivated. She must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle sensitive HR information with discretion. A background in real estate will be an added advantage, as it will help in understanding documentation flow and CRM data management within the property sector.
