Job Description
HR Manager – Strategic Leadership: As an HR Manager at Al Zaabi Group in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for leading the human resources function and driving strategic initiatives that support the company’s organizational goals. You will oversee all aspects of HR operations, from recruitment and talent management to employee engagement and performance evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning: You will develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across the healthcare, construction, trading, and automotive sectors. Your expertise will help the company build a robust talent pipeline and optimize workforce planning to meet current and future business needs.
Employee Engagement and Retention: A key aspect of your role will be fostering a positive organizational culture. You will design and implement employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be critical in building trust and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
HR Strategy and Policy Development: You will lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with UAE labor laws. This includes creating frameworks for performance management, succession planning, and organizational development to support sustainable growth.
Compliance and Legal Expertise: Your in-depth knowledge of UAE employment and labor laws will ensure that all HR operations are fully compliant. You will monitor changes in legislation and advise management on necessary adjustments to policies, contracts, and workplace practices to mitigate risks.
Leadership and Team Management: You will manage the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance their capabilities. Your leadership will ensure that the HR function operates efficiently, supports employees effectively, and contributes strategically to the organization’s success.
