Job Overview: Landmark Group – Lifestyle is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR department in Dubai Marina/JAFZA. This role is designed for professionals who have strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, and reporting. Candidates will play a vital role in driving HR initiatives, employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Both internship and full-time positions are available depending on the candidate’s profile and career goals.

Key Responsibilities: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. They will also be tasked with handling HR operations such as employee documentation, contracts, and payroll support. This role demands a high level of accuracy and efficiency in managing HR records and transactions.

HR Reporting and Analytics: A core part of the role includes preparing HR reports and maintaining analytics related to headcount, attrition, performance, and other workforce metrics. The HR Executive will be expected to provide insights to management, helping them make informed decisions about staffing, employee engagement, and resource planning.

Compliance and Policies: The position requires ensuring all HR activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies. The HR Executive will maintain employee records, monitor compliance requirements, and support audits when necessary. This includes staying updated with labor law amendments and aligning company practices accordingly.

Employee Relations: As a key link between management and staff, the HR Executive will support employee engagement initiatives, resolve workplace issues, and assist in building a positive organizational culture. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion are essential in this role.
