Job Description

HR Operations Support: As an HR Assistant/Executive, you will handle a wide range of HR support activities including documentation, employee relations, and administrative coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions and maintaining accurate employee records in accordance with UAE labor laws.

Recruitment and Onboarding: You will actively participate in recruitment processes by assisting in posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires. Your role will be essential in ensuring that the hiring process is seamless and that new employees are properly oriented within the company.

Leave and Attendance Management: Managing employee leave records and attendance tracking will be one of your core duties. You will be required to monitor leave balances, verify attendance reports, and support payroll preparation by providing accurate data related to employee working hours and absences.

Employee Relations and Documentation: You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining various HR documents including contracts, memos, and employee correspondence. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee-related matters will be critical to your success in this role.

Resignation and Termination Coordination: In this position, you will oversee the administrative aspects of employee exits such as clearance procedures, final settlements, and end-of-service documentation. You will ensure that all processes are completed smoothly and in compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Administrative and Accommodation Support: You will also coordinate general administrative duties such as office logistics, staff accommodation arrangements, and document clearances. This includes liaising with external agencies and ensuring that all employee facilities and records are properly managed and updated.
