HR & Admin Executive Role Overview: Energy Wave Electromechanical Contracting L.L.C is looking for a proactive and energetic HR & Admin Executive to support our growing operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing human resources functions, maintaining employee records, and assisting in day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities in HR: The HR & Admin Executive will manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation. You will assist in preparing contracts, maintaining personnel files, and supporting payroll processes while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Administrative Duties: This role also involves general office management tasks such as coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, tracking attendance and leave, and maintaining office supplies. You will support various departments in achieving operational efficiency.
Employee Engagement & Performance Management: You will assist in employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and training programs. The candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture and supporting HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Technical Skills & Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software are essential. The candidate should be able to maintain accurate records, generate reports, and manage HR databases efficiently.
Personal Attributes & Professional Skills: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are key to success in this role.
