Job Description

Role Overview – Al Najma Al Fareeda Group International is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized HR professionals with strong recruitment support expertise, business operations knowledge, and the ability to support recruitment functions effectively, assist with hiring processes, manage candidate information, coordinate activities, maintain compliance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic business organization.

Recruitment Support and Coordination – You will support recruitment operations by coordinating processes, managing activities, maintaining systems, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate hiring functions and support organizational objectives. You should manage recruitment coordination professionally.

Job Posting and Advertising – You will support job postings by coordinating advertisements, organizing postings across platforms, updating information, and supporting promotion. You will help disseminate job opportunities. You should support job posting activities.

Applicant Screening and Organization – You will screen applications by reviewing submissions, organizing information, forwarding to hiring managers, and maintaining records. You will help identify qualified candidates and organize application flow. You should screen applications systematically.

Applicant Tracking System Management – You will manage ATS by organizing candidate information, entering data, tracking applications, and maintaining records. You will maintain organized candidate tracking and communication. You should manage ATS effectively.

Candidate Database Management – You will manage candidate databases by organizing information, updating records, maintaining accuracy, and supporting accessibility. You will organize candidate information systematically. You should manage candidate databases.

Resume Organization and Review – You will organize resumes by filing documents, maintaining libraries, updating records, and supporting retrieval. You will maintain organized resume database and information. You should organize resume management.
