Every HR decision in a growing organisation depends on one thing: accurate, reliable data. The difference between a payroll that runs smoothly and one that creates headaches often comes down to the person who owns the systems, the processes, and the records that make everything else possible. Agile Consultants is looking for an HR Operations Specialist who understands that behind every clean report, every compliant settlement, and every error-free payroll cycle is someone who pays attention to the details that others overlook .

This is a role for an HR professional who enjoys the systems side of the function—who finds satisfaction in ensuring that every employee record is complete and audit-ready, that every WPS entry is accurate, and that every attendance discrepancy is followed up on before it becomes a problem. You will own the day-to-day administration of the HR ERP system, run regular data audits, and ensure that employee master data, leave balances, and compliance records are always current. You will administer compensation and benefits processes, verify attendance compliance before every payroll cycle, and process leave and final settlements accurately and within agreed timelines .

The ideal candidate brings three to five years of experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, or Compensation & Benefits, ideally within construction, contracting, or another operationally intensive sector in the UAE. You have hands-on experience administering an HR or ERP system and a solid working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and end-of-service settlement calculations. Your attention to detail is exceptional, you are comfortable managing large volumes of structured data, and you have strong Excel skills and a process-oriented mindset. You are also discreet and trustworthy, handling confidential employee and compensation data with integrity .
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary range is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month .
