This is a role for an HR professional who understands the complexity of managing a diverse workforce in a fast-paced operational environment. You will oversee the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and compliance with UAE labour regulations . You will manage workforce planning, support operational teams, and develop HR strategies that align with the group's long-term objectives. Your ability to manage the recruitment and retention of drivers, operations personnel, and other transport-sector employees will be critical, as will your expertise in attendance management, payroll processes, and employee engagement initiatives .

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of HR management experience, preferably in the transport, logistics, fleet, or related industry . You have a strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices, along with experience managing a diverse workforce, including drivers and operational staff. Your communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are excellent, and you are proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred .

Salary:
AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month
