Role Overview – Dr. Firas Dental & Orthodontic Center LLC OPC is hiring an HR Officer for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for experienced HR professionals with strong human resources expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to manage HR operations effectively, support staff development, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain positive employee relations, and contribute to organizational excellence within a dynamic dental and orthodontic healthcare facility environment.
Recruitment and Staffing Coordination – You will coordinate recruitment activities by posting positions, screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and supporting hiring processes. You will screen applications, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and prepare offers. You will maintain recruitment records and support timely hiring of qualified healthcare professionals.
Employee Onboarding and Orientation – You will manage employee onboarding by coordinating first-day activities, conducting orientation, providing training, and ensuring new employees understand policies and procedures. You will organize orientation programs, prepare orientation materials, and support smooth team integration. You will promote early engagement and institutional commitment.
Employment Contracts and Documentation – You will manage employment contracts by preparing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining signed agreements. You will organize personnel files, file contracts appropriately, and ensure complete contract documentation. You will maintain compliance with UAE labor law requirements.
Payroll Coordination and Salary Administration – You will coordinate payroll operations by organizing payroll data, ensuring accurate salary calculations, and supporting timely payroll processing. You will maintain employee records for payroll purposes, track deductions, and coordinate with payroll providers. You will ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
Leave Management and Attendance Tracking – You will manage leave administration by processing leave requests, tracking leave balances, and maintaining leave records. You will coordinate with managers regarding attendance, monitor compliance, and support leave policy implementation. You will maintain accurate attendance and leave documentation.
