Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa, a prestigious 5-star hospitality destination in Jumeirah with over 28 years of excellence in luxury hospitality, is seeking an experienced Admin Supervisor to oversee its HR and administrative operations. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai offers a rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to the smooth functioning of a large-scale resort employing up to 1,000 staff, with 14 themed restaurants, private beach access, and extensive event facilities.
The Admin Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily HR and administrative operations of the resort. Core responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation; managing attendance, leave, onboarding, and employee-related documentation; and supporting recruitment activities while coordinating joining formalities for new hires. You will prepare comprehensive HR and administrative reports for management review, coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations, and manage office supplies, vendors, and general administrative requirements. This role also involves supervising administrative staff, assigning daily tasks, handling official correspondence, and ensuring company policies and procedures are properly followed throughout the organization. You will provide essential administrative and HR support to management, contributing to the resort's reputation for exceptional service and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess three to four years of UAE experience in HR and Administration, with strong knowledge of HR and administrative procedures. You must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with proven organizational skills, capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, and experience in the hospitality industry will be considered a distinct advantage.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, working in a dynamic resort environment. Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa offers a competitive salary package of AED 3,000–5,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
