Qiyam HR Consultancy is looking for two HR Recruiters who specialise in blue-collar recruitment to join its teams in Sajja and Dubai.

This is not a desk-bound role for someone who prefers to work with executive profiles. It is for a recruiter who understands the manpower and construction sector, who knows where to find skilled labourers, technicians, and site workers, and who can move quickly to fill high-volume positions without compromising on quality. The role involves end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals; screening and shortlisting profiles; coordinating interviews; and managing the onboarding process. You will work closely with clients to understand their workforce needs and build a steady pipeline of reliable talent. This is a demanding role that requires resilience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

The ideal candidate has three to four years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring. Experience in manpower supply or construction recruitment is highly preferred. You should be comfortable sourcing candidates across various channels, conducting initial assessments, and managing the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish. UAE experience is preferred, as familiarity with local labour laws, visa processes, and industry dynamics will be a significant advantage. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for liaising with candidates and clients.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if offset by solid experience. What matters most is a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in either Sajja or Dubai. The role offers a competitive package of AED 4,000–4,500 per month, commensurate with experience. You will be part of a growing HR consultancy with over a decade of industry experience, working alongside a team that values integrity, excellence, and innovation.
