A growing organisation in Dubai is looking for an HR Manager who understands that people strategy is not a department—it is the engine that drives everything else. This is a role for someone who sees the big picture and knows how to make the pieces fit. You will lead an international HR team of four, shaping the way the company attracts, develops, and retains talent across a diverse, multicultural workforce.

Your remit will be broad and your impact immediate. You will own the full spectrum of HR—from recruitment and employer branding to performance management, employee relations, and people analytics. You will design learning and development initiatives that actually move the needle, and you will work closely with leadership to ensure that HR strategy is not just aligned with business goals, but actively shaping them. This is not a role for someone who prefers process over people. It is for someone who understands that the two are inseparable.

The ideal candidate brings proven HR leadership experience, preferably in an international or multicultural environment. You have led teams before and know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are data-informed, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting. Your communication skills are sharp, your judgment is sound, and you have the kind of presence that earns trust at every level of the organisation.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary is AED 30,000 per month, with 31 days of annual leave. You will be joining a company that values its people and understands that great HR leadership is not a cost centre—it is a competitive advantage.
