Shaerp Next is looking to bring on board an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function across its Dubai operations. As HR Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding. You will lead the design and execution of performance management frameworks and KPI-driven people strategies that align with the organisation's broader business objectives. Responsibilities also include managing and continuously improving HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to UAE Labour Law and DIFC regulations, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership on all workforce matters. You will also manage and optimise the HRMS platform to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and meaningful reporting.
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of eight years of HR experience gained within the UAE, with deep, working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and DIFC regulatory requirements. You have hands-on experience designing and managing HR KPI frameworks and are comfortable using HRMS platforms such as Zoho People or comparable systems. A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is expected, and professional HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM will strengthen your application considerably. You are a confident communicator who can engage effectively at all levels of an organisation and handle sensitive people matters with discretion and professionalism.
